The Insurance Licensed Sales Professional/Producer (LSP) career opportunity is for team players with a talent to grow customer relationships in a rewarding environment, while also growing and developing their skills. You will be offered multiple opportunities to create customer relationships while receiving daily coaching in an energetic environment with a flexible work schedule and uncapped compensation.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $90000.00 per year

You will enjoy a balanced work-life schedule, with a base pay and a simple uncapped commission structure to reward you for your efforts. Your salary starts in the $40K range, however, depending on your experience, you can earn $60K plus. Top producers can achieve $90k plus! This job offers a salary and compensation in commission for your sales. The more you put into it, the more you make!


There is paid training, coaching, and development, built around what drives you. You can grow into many Insurance specialties, become a manager or your own boss. You set your goals; well help you achieve them.

While you must be in the office, and attendance is important, your work ethic and results are the drivers of success. Our office is open from 9am to 6pm M-F. Saturdays are by appointment. You will have paid time off, holidays, and the flexible work-life schedule.




Salary range 12 to 20 per hour plus commission at 5% of first 25000 in premium sold plus 10% after meeting monthly premium target. *

Responsibilities


We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office.


You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone. You wont be alone; we will coach you.


We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.

You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.


You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance trainings.


Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.


Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.


Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.


Document each customer contact in eAgent.


Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.


Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.


Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.



Requirements
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
